O Lord, our Creator,
As we reflect on the words of Genesis 1:2, where the Spirit of God hovered over the formless and empty earth, we are reminded of Your omnipresent spirit that moves across the deep voids of our own lives.
In our moments of darkness and uncertainty, when our paths seem unclear and our spirits feel empty, we ask You to hover over us. Bring order to our chaos, light to our darkness, and fullness to our emptiness. Just as You transformed the void into a world teeming with life, we trust in Your power to shape our lives into creations of beauty and purpose.
Grant us the faith to see beyond our beginnings, to trust in Your guiding hand through the processes of change and growth. May we always be aware of Your presence, ready to follow where You lead, knowing that from nothing, You create everything.
In Your Jesus , holy and powerful name, we pray,
