Heavenly Father,
As we contemplate the message of Genesis 1:5, where You named the light "Day" and the darkness "Night," and marked the first evening and morning as the first day, we recognize Your divine order and the rhythm of time You set forth from creation's dawn.
Lord, teach us to appreciate the sacred rhythm of time You have established—the cycle of day and night, work and rest. Help us to use our days wisely, understanding that each moment is a gift from You, filled with opportunities to serve You and grow in Your grace.
Grant us the perspective to see our lives as You see them, as a series of opportunities to fulfill the purposes You have for us. May we embrace each new day with hope and each night with reflection and peace.
In following Your divine timetable, let us find true fulfillment, knowing that everything under heaven has its time and season. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, who guides us through every moment of our lives.
